This 5-story, 72,000 SF Class A office building  incorporates stepped massing and deep window insets, reminiscent of the building massing seen in native adobe construction.

The central, rounded building mass provides visual interest, extends the interior spaces out into the environment and organizes the interior circulation.

In addition, VHGA provided interior design and tenant development services for the offices of the building owner and also for the leased tenant spaces.

The dome enhances the building's strong image 

When illuminated at night, the dome presents a dramatic image on the skyline.
